This past weekend we went to a birthday party for some good friends. There daughter Antastasia AKA Stacy just turned 1, so the kids got to practice another birthday party for a friend. It was nice to see everybody in our little friend group down here and just being able to have a weekend at home!

On another note, Wednesday is just around the corner, how is everybody doing on their goals? This week i have stayed motivated, but the key is motivation to start and turn that into HABIT! Keep it up!
