Wisdom Bites

Well, turns out my infected wisdom tooth is well, hurting and i have turned to soup again. This all brings back memories of the last infected wisdom tooth i had that they pulled which i could feel, and hear each little disconnection of the tooth from my jaw bone and flesh, like a ripping noise slowly as they used the "elevator" which *click*click* would slowly raise the tooth up out of my mouth. *shivvverrrr* well again i will have to do that, but this time i decided take them all, take the last 3!! Worse though, i would rather take the pain and the aweful noises than have to be put under, i really would like to avoid that! unfortunetly the surgeon i am going to wants to knock me out, and from what i hear he is a cranky old man who is also the anestesieologist, RRRR. Well ,that is that, i am getting them out, i am leaving tonight so my mom can drive me there and stay since i am not aloud to drive or be alone for 24 hours after, i will eventually be brought back home, where i can look at my dear youngens but cannot hold them or anything since i will be so dizzy, drousy, and out of it. Hopefully thursday i will be able to since Kendall has class all day, i am planning on missing mine since it is suggested. I have to miss work so that is alot of money i am out of, so hopefully Friday i will feel a little better and can work some hours at the Foundation house, if not monday will be here in no time, by then i will be working hard on a reaction paper in my Death and Dying Psychology class, and studying for a test for my Cognitive Development class, whoohoo! :D I don't mind the paper part, i love writing, and the book is awesome, if you ever want a good book to read, i suggest Tuesday's with Morrie by Mitch Albom. Ok enough of me for now.

Look! I have Feet!

Although the babes have seen their feet, and Aidan often holds his foot up so he can observe it, Layla is the first one to be able to grab her foot on purpose and continously. She then proceeds to stare at her feet as she holds them, very cute, they are growing so fast, soon they will be sitting on their own and crawling away from me! AWWW! :D I think the kids missed each other, last night when they were laying on the blanket, Layla kept turning toward Aidan and would just laugh and laugh, Aidan just looked at her with a big toothless grin! Aww Reunited! :D

Grandpa and Nana!

Aidan had a lot of fun hanging out with his grandparents, he was good from what i hear for the most part, except Sunday morning he was fussy, but we all wondered if he just had a bad tummy ache, and gas. Lovely huh? Anyway here are some pictures of his weekend (looks a lot more fun than mine working!) I also finally bought a nice playpen to take on trips when we travel, since it easily folds up, and also has a changing table, music, and a mobile with it. I splurged a little bit on it, got a little more pricey one, but it is REAL nice and roomy since their are 2 little bodies that will share it! But heck i already paid it off by what i made just Saturday so its alright, and Aidan slept pretty good in it!

Grunting and High Pitches Noises

Every morning, Kendall and i hear over the monitor, 1 of 3 different noises...1. Aidan and Layla talking to eachother 2. Whimpering or Layla's "pbbbhhhh" noise 3. Baby Farts. This is a picture of Layla and Aidan first thing yesterday morning, they don't seem to entertained by getting their picture taken, usually they are smiley, i think the camera annoyed them b ut i had to get them in their cute little eskimo outfits!
Lately, Aidan has discovered a new little noise,(brings back memories of Layla's content Pterodactyl scream, thankgoodness she stopped doing!) his little happy noise is a high pitched scream, not quite as loud as Layla's, and then he grunts a couple times after, then continues right back with the scream.

This afternoon Aidan gets to head home with me to see Nana and Grandpa while i work, i am hoping to get in a 20-25 hours Saturday and Sunday, but it just depends how much work there is for me to do, he hired another person to finish things so i may just be making doors and draws for her to finish, so id much rather do that then finish...soooo boring haha! Layla gets to hang out with Kendall all weekend, Gary and Nikki will be gone alot of it.

Cleanup and Reading

Today Ms. Laylabear helped me cleanup around the house, here i am taking a break from vaccuuming, you can tell she looks REAL interested, haha eating her carrier. She is developing quite the little attitude, adorable right now, she also is a very giggly girl!
Tonight Kendall brought out a couple of books to read to Layla and Aidan, they both are watching the pages, and yess Aidan is falling asleep, he hasn't taken a real long nap today so he is drousy. Layla was making noises and watching though! I really like walking in on special moments Kendall has with these two, Nikki and I will walk in from work, and Kendall is singing/dancing with the babies with music playing, such as Eric Claptons "Layla" for of course Layla, and then he sings Lynard Skynards "Simple Man" to Aidan. Very awesome!

On another note, the developmental lady visited us again today, unfortunetly i was working this time, so next time ill just take off work. Anyway, Kendall filled me in, she said we are doing a great job with Aidan and he is developing good, our next milestone? Sitting on his own! She was also impressed on how quiet our house was, and also how nicely behaved the twins are, she said most houses she visits are chaotic, and us being college students she expected us to be alittle more noisy, awww, were a good family!! She says his neck looks real good, but it seems he is just use to holding his head to that side, it is hard to hold his head when he sleeps, because we cant be there all night, and blankets proping it he moves, so we will have to work on holding it a lot more during the day just so he gets use to holding it right! As for this weekend, Aidan gets to take a trip with me hopefully to work, he will hang out with Grandpa and Nana while i work, hopefully i can get in a good 20+ hours Saturday and Sunday, because it is a good paying job! :D

Drool Baby!

Layla and Aidan have been really pushing up off the floor as you can see from this picture, Layla has mastered it, and they both can roll from their tummies to their backs pretty well. You can also see in this picture of sweet baby girl, that she still is a drooling queen, she soaks a few bibs a day! :D Both Babes are eating their cereals well, and sleep good throughout the night, we definitly enjoy that! They are growing so incredibly fast, I am hoping to get together with my friend who's little boy is 2 weeks younger than Layla and Aidan sometime this month, it would be neat to let them, well stare at eachother haha! Oh and one last thing, YAY FOR INDY MAKING IT TO THE SUPERBOWL! OH YEAAAAAA! :D
