One Years Old....SOON!

Layla and Aidan have grown so much over this past year it is hard to believe! I am loving every moment of it, and when they accomplish a new developmental step they always look up to Kendall or I for an applause. :) This is the pair sitting at a table Kendall's boss gave them, she had it for her grandchildren but they have all grown to big for it. The table they are eating off of is actually a white board, when you flip it over it is a lego table, so you can build on it, take the whole top off and it has places to put paints and water. Real neat, has little pull out drawers too. A problem we are having is they are growing so fast out of their old toys, such as the saucers and the swings we are running out of space! I guess sometime we will have to make a trip with all of Amber's stuff she kindly let us borrow so we can have more space!
Guess what? A week from tomorrow is the big birthday bash! I am REAL excited but still have a lot of planning and preparation, i should probably make a list of things to do. I need to sit down and write their letters too, i have SO much that i want them to know, its hard to put into words! This weekend is busy because we have a wedding to attend, and the long drive there and back. The kids are going with us so i am hoping they will be on their BEST behavior! It is another Fraternity brother of Kendall's. This couple is special to me in the way that my first week here before classes started i didn't know many people, and Kendall got this couple Heidi and Nick to go out for ice cream with us so i could meet more people. It wasn't a date or anything but it started my friendship with Kendall officially i guess! :) Man that was 3 years ago!! Some little sappy thing i remember (Amber does it time to time it's my turn to have some sap on my blog!:)

That sure is a nice table Kendall's boss gave you guys! They look so cute and grown up sitting there :) Are you going to sell their outgrown baby toys? Or have you decided if you want to hold unto them for awhile?
