Thirteen new business's being built in around town or rumored to being built very soon!
1. Holiday Inn (Almost done)
2. Perkins Restaurant (In the holiday inn)
3. Hilton Inn (Almost done)
4. A Conference center( Almost done, in the Hilton)
4. Amer-inn Lodge and Suites (Almost done)
5. Qdoba (It's a mexican grill, it's almost done!)
6. KFC (rumor that they bought the old Hardee's building)
7. Victoria Secret (maybe a rumor? i hope not!)
8. Payless Shoe Store (could be a rumor i hope not!)
9. Turtle Rock Coffee is building a second location (i know this because i go to the one near here all the time!)
10. Wyotech is moving to one whole campus.
11. Fairfield Inn (we will see)
12. Quiznos (this is a rumor for sure but heck would be nice!)
13. Home Depot (This has been a long time rumor, Haven't seen any breaking ground yet.)

Man if they build that Quiznos, you wont be able to keep Dad away from there ha ha! He loves Quiznos!
